As a representative of our customers, your responsibilities will include:

As a key player in our airport operations, you will foster connections and create an environment where every traveler feels welcomed and valued. You will engage with both domestic and international customers, assisting them with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing a warm greeting as they embark on their journeys. Your role is to deliver friendly, professional, and insightful service to resolve travel-related issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and build loyalty.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs while taking responsibility for any inconveniences caused.
  • Uphold safety standards by ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
  • Remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations, managing customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support each other and successfully implement new processes and technologies.
Qualifications

Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in using computers, mobile devices, and emerging technologies.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and manage baggage.
  • Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport badging requirements.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must adhere to company attendance and appearance standards.
