The Client Relations Specialist is tasked with overseeing program management and ensuring excellence in order fulfillment for our premier clients. This role is primarily responsible for the comprehensive management of new orders, reorders, and any modifications requested. The Specialist offers tailored solutions to clients, acting as a subject matter expert on our product offerings and technological solutions. Typically, this position involves managing relationships with one or more high-value, high-volume clients.
- Accountable for all transactional activities related to the complete order process, including the processing of new orders, reorders, and guaranteeing accurate and timely delivery.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of promotional products and solutions, providing expert consultation to clients to meet their needs and ensuring that proposed solutions align with client expectations and business objectives. Collaborates with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non-standard proposals.
- Communicates updates to clients regarding delivery status and addresses any delivery challenges as they arise, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience, or a Technical Certification with 2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 4 years in Customer Service, with a focus on client consulting.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
