Client Relations Specialist Overview:


Lennar is in search of a detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist who will oversee and manage homes under warranty within designated communities.

This role involves promoting, facilitating, and nurturing positive relationships with customers while coordinating and supervising the activities of Lennar's trade partners.


Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with Lennar customers and trade partners.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when interacting with homeowners and trade partners.

- Manage daily activities of trade partners in alignment with job schedules and scopes of work related to customer relations.

- Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory job completion, not exceeding $1,250. Proactively address any scheduling, communication, or payment issues with trade partners.

- Understand manufacturer recommendations for product use and application.
- Supervise and/or conduct pre-closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and 30-day post-close visits.
- Review and certify the completion of each home within the community.
- Oversee all aspects of customer relations for assigned communities.
- Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as necessary.

- Be knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area, including HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc.

- Supervise and assess the condition of the community, including entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage.


Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage.
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel) and possess excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills.
