Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication and provide analytical support for external clients, sales teams, and internal production staff.
  • Act as a resource for clients' creative, marketing, and engineering teams, as well as related third-party vendors.

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, aiming to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Account Manager role should exhibit:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Independent judgment, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
Education and Experience
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in a customer service-related field and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the printing industry in a project/account management capacity.
  • Required: Proven customer-focused experience.
  • Required: Previous experience in developing and managing product specifications and overseeing the complete supply chain for orders and inventory.
