The Client Relations Specialist will benefit from comprehensive coaching and training, which includes role-playing exercises, detailed product knowledge, and territory management strategies. This method will enable the specialist to apply their skills effectively and adapt to various situations swiftly, ultimately driving direct sales in the assigned areas and paving the way for potential advancement into senior positions. Additionally, you will have the chance to learn alongside seasoned sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and demonstrate products and services to both existing and prospective customers on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss product and service options, providing tailored recommendations to meet their specific needs.
  • Monitor company operations to uphold a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address all inquiries, maintain accurate records, foster relationships, suggest improvements to product and service offerings, and enhance sales productivity.
  • Implement field sales initiatives and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver competitive, industry-leading solutions.
  • Thoroughly cover assigned territories to maximize customer acquisition and expand market share.
  • Stay informed about the product line by participating in weekly sales and customer service training sessions.

Desired Qualities:

  • Preferred 2 years of direct sales experience, though any customer or client-facing experience is acceptable.
  • A genuine interest in sales and a commitment to career advancement within the organization.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in various market territories.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions.
