Key Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate products and services to both existing and prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss product and service options, providing tailored recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Monitor company operations to uphold a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Address all inquiries, maintain accurate records, foster relationships, suggest improvements to product and service offerings, and enhance sales productivity.
- Implement field sales initiatives and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver competitive, industry-leading solutions.
- Thoroughly cover assigned territories to maximize customer acquisition and expand market share.
- Stay informed about the product line by participating in weekly sales and customer service training sessions.
Desired Qualities:
- Preferred 2 years of direct sales experience, though any customer or client-facing experience is acceptable.
- A genuine interest in sales and a commitment to career advancement within the organization.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in various market territories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- A robust work ethic to continually enhance knowledge of new products and services.
