As a Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer enjoys a seamless experience when scheduling services over the phone. You will also engage in lead generation, maintain client records, and facilitate the smooth progression of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Guide clients through pricing options and service scheduling
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries
- Document and submit call logs on a daily basis
- Accurately input information into our system while catering to client needs
- Manage escalated calls with care
- Support appointment confirmation processes
- Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications
