Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated full-time Client Relations Specialist to enhance our dynamic HVAC operations. This administrative role encompasses a range of customer service, administrative tasks, and dispatch functions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $21/hr along with a $500 retention bonus after 6 months. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST

As our Client Relations Specialist and dispatcher, you will start each day focused on ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. With your friendly and professional demeanor, you will make outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries, providing essential service-related information. You will schedule appointments to ensure prompt and convenient service, optimizing our field technicians' time and travel by dispatching HVAC calls effectively. Keeping clients informed and updated will be a key part of your role.

Additionally, you will handle various administrative responsibilities, including obtaining permits, scheduling inspections, completing rebate applications, and preparing follow-up documentation. Your ability to maximize scheduling efficiency while maintaining client satisfaction will be crucial to your success in this role.

CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in customer service
  • Experience in a call center with strong telephone and service skills
  • A degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience in home service dispatch or call center environments is advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including data entry and Excel

FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time administrative role follows a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday with the following hours: Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4, Friday 10-7, and Saturday 3-10. An alternative schedule of Sunday to Thursday is also available, with one weekend shift required.
