Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls and receiving inbound inquiries from CarHop Finance clients
  • Engaging with customers in person to discuss their auto loan status
  • Employing effective communication and negotiation techniques to address and resolve account issues

Qualifications for the Client Relations Specialist

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and professional demeanor
  • Prior experience in customer service, whether in-person or in a call center, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, customer retention, or problem-solving is beneficial.
  • Advanced negotiation and counseling skills are preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, with results aligning with company standards.
