Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls and receiving inbound inquiries from CarHop Finance clients
- Engaging with customers in person to discuss their auto loan status
- Employing effective communication and negotiation techniques to address and resolve account issues
Qualifications for the Client Relations Specialist
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in customer service, whether in-person or in a call center, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in conflict resolution, customer retention, or problem-solving is beneficial.
- Advanced negotiation and counseling skills are preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, with results aligning with company standards.
