Purpose of Position

The Manager II, Program Management will lead, plan, direct, and manage the activities and operations of Business Development initiatives and programs for Metrolink. These initiatives are primarily focused on the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Mentor/Protégé programs, with a key objective of fostering labor compliance and promoting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on program performance and progress
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, program management, and leadership. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
