Job Summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management, pipeline development, and contract closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and prioritize potential customers, expansion markets, new technologies, and projects to drive business growth.
  • Contract Closure: Prepare and execute business development action plans to close contracts for our Low Voltage electrical group.
  • Marketing Materials: Supervise the development of marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Training and Development: Train and assist Business Development Associates to make effective presentations and proposals.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the main liaison to prospective and current customers to ensure all needs are consistently met.
  • Project Management: Manage projects through all development stages, engaging from the start through construction completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Budgeting Assistance: Provide budgeting assistance to customers as required.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and improve the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Event Planning: Plan, prepare, and host exhibit booths.
  • Travel: Coordinate and participate in travel to clients on a regular basis.
  • Professional Development: Attend professional societies and become involved.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction estimating, supervision, and/or project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and ability to work under time pressure.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: $117,600.00-$154,400.00 Annual.
