- Client Acquisition: Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means, such as tradeshows and regional organizations.
- Account Growth: Grow new business from existing clients by working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio.
- Problem Solving: Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy.
- Client Communication: Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients, educate them regarding the translation process, and ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service.
- Project Management: Liaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect product.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
