About the Role

The Business Development Manager is a key position within Bilfinger, responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the West Coast region. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction and maintenance services market, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities that align with Bilfinger's strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the West Coast region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans.
  • Lead the sales force in entering sales leads and producing sales reports.
  • Research and report on industry trends, competitor activity, and client data.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and marketing materials to target customers.
  • Support the proposal and operations team in developing proposals and qualifications.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in fabric maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and construction services.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel routinely and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and IIR, with experience in developing client outreach and business plans.
What We Offer
