We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our ITCO Solutions, Inc. team. As a key member of our Workforce Solutions Team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development of target accounts, developing key relationships with IT Executives and Hiring Managers, and presenting our Core Services to new and existing Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT Executives and Hiring Managers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Present our Core Services to new and existing Clients, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial deals with Clients, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to deliver qualified consultants and project proposals to Clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT consulting and/or staffing field, with a proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding sales targets.
  • IT Consulting Services experience in staff augmentation and/or project sales.
  • Strong account management and growth skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined team player with a positive attitude.
