KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client account discrepancies, ensuring accurate monitoring of accounts as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed account statements to clients, verifying that all information is precise and comprehensive.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and address issues related to non-payments, late payments, and other irregularities, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with client transactions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Process credit memo and refund requests for clients as required.
  • Manage accounts on A/R hold status, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Identify and rectify errors or discrepancies prior to processing transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Client Support team to fulfill various requests efficiently.
  • Tackle a diverse range of issues daily, addressing both internal and external concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, which may involve completing necessary setup documentation and providing essential banking details.
  • Support the processing of credit card transactions for clients.
  • Gather tax exemption documentation from clients as needed.
  • Facilitate billing processes for clients across various vendor platforms.
  • Contribute to the invoicing and collection efforts for clients in any necessary capacity.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and devise solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in phone interactions with clients, demonstrating respect and courtesy.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency in addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • Comfortable engaging in sensitive discussions regarding collections with clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully seeking solutions and overcoming challenges.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
