About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Ivy Park at Otay Ranch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and execute a lead generation plan to identify and qualify potential residents and their families.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge marketing plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Work with the sales team to plan and execute events that attract prospects to the community.
  • Community Outreach and Partnerships: Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and Follow-up: Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Certifications and Background Checks: Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
