Marketing Director Job Description

At Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and support the expansion of our client base.

This is a sales-focused role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets and customers, and to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with partners and other members of leadership to complete responses to Requests for Proposal from prospective clients.
  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the industry, and identify needs for new services.
  • Develop and manage advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Worldwide ERC/global mobility is strongly preferred.
  • Masters degree in marketing or MBA is required.
  • Experience in a Marketing leadership role (manager or director level) is required.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience, especially in relation to digital marketing.
  • Experience responding to RFPs.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing tools.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
