At Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our Marketing team in supporting the expansion of our client base. This sales-focused position is responsible for overseeing research and contacting potential new client sources via initiatives developed alongside the rest of the Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Efforts: Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Partnerships: Coordinate with partners and other members of leadership to complete responses to Requests for Proposal from prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of services.
  • Advertising: Develop and manage advertising and promotional campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Pricing Strategies: Conduct pricing research and analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the industry; identify needs for new services and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Training: Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Events: Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the firm's services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience with Worldwide ERC/global mobility is strongly preferred.
  • Education: A Master's degree in marketing or an MBA is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in a Marketing leadership role (manager or director level) is essential.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Proven marketing campaign experience, especially in relation to digital marketing, is required.
  • RFPs: Experience responding to RFPs is necessary.
  • Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a professional and proactive work ethic are essential.
  • Tools: Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with a variety of marketing tools are required.
  • CRM: Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) is necessary.
