HR Business Partner Role

MacGregor Black is collaborating with a prominent Global Beverage Manufacturing company in the search for a dedicated HR Business Partner. This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior management and business leaders to grasp organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Offer strategic HR insights and support to ensure alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.
  • Design and execute customized HR strategies to improve organizational efficiency and drive business success.
  • Lead and facilitate transformational projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence, organizational flexibility, and cultural evolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and change management, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess talent requirements and formulate comprehensive talent management strategies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of talent enhancement programs to strengthen leadership capabilities, boost employee engagement, and improve performance.
  • Facilitate succession planning, career development initiatives, and performance management processes to nurture a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, particularly in business partnering within a global matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of local and global consumer markets, with a proven ability to translate market insights into effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness, with the capability to navigate complex organizational frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive approach with a high degree of initiative and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Relevant HR certifications are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as necessary.
