Job Summary

The HR Business Partner is a key role within Andersen Corporation, responsible for providing business partnership to multiple sites and functions. This individual will serve as a primary liaison to employees, supervisors, and managers, frequently engaging on projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze organizational effectiveness to determine root causes, identify interventions, and assign internal and external resources to address issues.
  • Partner with hiring managers and talent management teams to strategize search approaches and assist in recruiting processes.
  • Provide performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Consult with managers on compensation alignment and equity, preparing new hire salary recommendations and internal transfers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Manage and resolve complex people relations issues, conducting effective investigations and providing support to other teams as needed.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner/Generalist capacity.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
  • Strong HR acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to build relationships and trust.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with others authentically and influence at all levels.
