Key Responsibilities- Organizational Effectiveness: Analyze organizational health and performance to determine root causes, identify interventions, and assign internal and external resources to address issues.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Partner with hiring managers and talent management teams to strategize search approaches and assist in recruiting processes, including job description preparation, competency identification, interviewing, and offer formulation.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. Consult with managers on compensation alignment and equity, and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
- People Relations: Manage and resolve complex people relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and provide support to other parts of the organization as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a vital link between local operations, functional, and corporate teams, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
- Education: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner/Generalist capacity.
- Certifications: PHR/SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong HR acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships and trust, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
