Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of Human Resources Specialists.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, employee training, benefits administration, and compensation management.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to management and staff to cultivate a constructive workplace culture.
  • Address and manage employee relations matters, including performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Administer compensation structures, job assessments, and policy enforcement.
  • Manage employee grievances and participate in unemployment claim processes.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role is mandatory.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR management systems (experience with UKG is advantageous).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
