Additional Responsibilities:

  • Encourages adherence to company safety protocols and general safety practices.

Work Environment:

  • Standard operational hours are Monday through Friday.
  • Availability after hours, including nights and weekends, is required to support customer service and industry events.
  • Must be able to work on various construction sites, including in active traffic conditions.
Equipment Proficiency:
  • Must safely operate a company vehicle regularly.
  • Must be able to operate an LPG Forklift for customer pickups and deliveries.
  • Must be proficient in setting up, programming, troubleshooting, and operating various towable equipment.
Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and climb ladders.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while exercising sound judgment.
  • Must be capable of multitasking and possess strong mathematical skills for pricing calculations.
Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal, electronic, and written formats with all levels of management.
  • Must be able to conduct presentations for clients and team members in group settings.
Minimum Qualifications:

Skills/Knowledge: Proficient in Word, Excel, and email; adaptable to proprietary software; keyboarding skills for timely task completion.

Mathematical Skills: Capable of performing pricing calculations and generating reports as needed.

Reading Skills: Must be able to comprehend business documents and basic construction plans.

Licenses: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Other: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting sales goals and deadlines.

Education: A degree in sales or marketing is preferred.

Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role, such as equipment rental, sales, or civil construction is preferred. Familiarity with traffic control and safety standards is advantageous.
