Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of tasks including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.
  • Conduct technical assessments of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements based on specific customer requirements.
  • Oversee technical products, service logistics, and configurations for assigned clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, providing recommendations to company or client representatives while evaluating product needs in line with customer specifications.
Learning Opportunities
  • Act as the local on-site representative for the organization, managing work statements to fulfill customer and contract obligations.
Essential Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post-secondary training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • A&P License.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for access to sensitive information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
  • Experience as an A&P Technician.
  • Experience in shop/bench refurbishment.
  • Familiarity with inspecting engine parts, troubleshooting, repairs, and returning engines, modules, and components to service.
  • Experience with aircraft powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC).
  • Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience including rigging, R&I, MRP's, and aircraft interface.
  • Customer service experience.
Additional Information
  • This position is located in a FAA regulated facility, classified as safety sensitive according to FAA guidelines. Candidates will undergo drug and alcohol testing as per FAA regulations.
  • This role is Onsite: Employees will primarily work on-site, essential for the development of our engines. Candidates will receive further details about the role type and current site status during the recruitment process.
The salary range for this position is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD, reflecting a good faith estimate for various experience levels. Several factors influence the offer, including role responsibilities, work experience, location, education, and key skills.

Successful candidates may be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance programs, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Successful candidates may also qualify for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs based on position level and collective-bargaining agreement coverage. Payments under these programs are not guaranteed and depend on various factors, including individual and business unit performance.

This role is based in the U.S. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
