Responsibilities
- Digitize essential documentation and maintain it within electronic systems, ensuring efficient retrieval and organization.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for upcoming aircraft engine repair events, providing technicians with the necessary information for successful completion.
- Meticulously break down completed engine work packages for supervisor review and approval, adhering to established procedures.
- Review and update all paperwork to guarantee accuracy before filing, contributing to a reliable and trustworthy record-keeping system.
- Embrace additional duties as assigned, including providing support to other administrative staff members. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
