About the Job

As a Technical Sales Manager at Lifelancer, you will play a pivotal role in the adoption of our innovative nELISA platform, revolutionizing the proteomics landscape. With a strong technical background and sales expertise, you will accelerate awareness and uptake of our solution by identifying and engaging potential new clients.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets, identifying and engaging with potential clients, and presenting all aspects of our nELISA platform effectively. You will also conduct and create technical sales presentations for prospective customers, generate new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals, and collaborate with internal teams to create solutions based on customer-driven insights and feedback.

Requirements

A Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology, is required. You should have 2+ years of experience in technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in Pharma and Biotech accounts. Strong technical background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software utilization are essential. Ability to travel ~50% of the time is also required.
