Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of our semiconductor products, their features, benefits, and applications across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and offer customized solutions that address their specific needs, utilizing our semiconductor products.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our semiconductor products, effectively communicating their value proposition.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to drive product enhancements, innovation, and market success.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales or application engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of semiconductor technologies, such as integrated circuits, microprocessors, and memory devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, conferences, and industry events.
