Job Title: Embedded Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Renesas. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our semiconductor products, their features, benefits, and applications across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and offer customized solutions that address their specific needs, utilizing our semiconductor products.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our semiconductor products, effectively communicating their value proposition.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or application engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of semiconductor technologies, such as integrated circuits, microprocessors, and memory devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $52,000 - $78,000.
  • Eligibility for bonus pay.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance.
