Job Summary

The Academic Records Specialist is a key member of the Queens University of Charlotte team, responsible for managing the student records function and providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process student status changes, including readmission, withdrawals, and leave of absences.
  • Review grades and consult with faculty to determine last dates of attendance for students who have never attended or stopped attending.
  • Collaborate with staff across the University to ensure accurate and timely student records management.
  • Serve as the point of contact with consortium universities and students.
  • Assist with degree audits and communication with students and advisors.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of academic policies and procedures is also essential.
