Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Coordinator to join our healthcare team at NuSpine Chiropractic. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care or medical office settings and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Manage patient appointments, registrations, and medical records, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare providers.
  • Oversee financial management tasks such as billing and insurance processing, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Utilize Dentrix, Epic, or similar systems for patient data management, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
  • Handle critical care situations with professionalism and urgency, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
Requirements
  • Experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Strong background in office management and administrative tasks, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
