Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team at Gpac, where you will engage directly with clients in our showroom, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role will encompass:

  • Promoting a diverse range of products to various clientele, including contractors, interior designers, and homeowners
  • Providing precise information regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines
  • Establishing enduring relationships with clients while discerning their specific requirements
  • Preparing detailed quotes and submissions for projects
  • Efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Enhancing your sales techniques and product knowledge to elevate customer service
  • Communicating detailed product specifications, pricing structures, and availability to clients
  • Timely processing of sales orders and bids
  • Maintaining organized records of customer interactions
  • Following up with clients on their orders to ensure satisfaction
  • Building professional relationships with builders, plumbers, and designers

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge of company offerings
  • Customer-centric with a diplomatic approach
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • A minimum of 2 years in a comparable role is preferred
