Position Summary
The Bilingual Automotive Sales Associate will engage in vehicle demonstrations, cultivate relationships, enhance customer understanding, advocate for customer needs, and ensure a pleasant purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships to create lifelong clientele.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their responses.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become a trusted vehicle expert, familiar with product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies.
- Conduct professional and high-quality demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to foster referral business.
- Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and insights.
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
Qualifications
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends
