Position Summary

The Bilingual Automotive Sales Associate will engage in vehicle demonstrations, cultivate relationships, enhance customer understanding, advocate for customers, and represent deals during the sales process, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enriching relationships to establish a loyal clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in vehicle selection by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their responses.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become a trusted authority on vehicles, including features, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
