Key Responsibilities:

The Provider Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the licensing, credentialing, and application processes for Hollister Incorporated. This position involves handling applications for various facilities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards set by Medicare, Medicaid, and other health insurance providers.

  • Accurately complete initial enrollment applications and manage updates, revalidations, and re-credentialing for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
  • Respond promptly to information requests from regulatory agencies and insurance companies regarding the company's licensing and credentialing requirements.
  • Ensure timely and precise completion of applications for local, state, and federal licensing agencies.
  • Oversee the management and distribution of company liability certifications, W9 forms, and accreditation documents as necessary.
  • Maintain and manage company surety bonds and essential documentation for application processes.
  • Organize and file all applications and communications meticulously.
  • Review and manage incoming communications and provide updates on application statuses.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in Medicaid provider enrollment.
  • Professional interaction skills with team members, management, government agencies, and insurance personnel.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Quick assessment and response capabilities regarding licensing and enrollment matters.
  • Ability to handle sensitive requests professionally.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider enrollment.
  • Familiarity with Medicare enrollment processes (PECOS).
  • 5+ years of relevant credentialing or facility enrollment experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with managing liability insurance and surety bonds.
  • Problem-solving skills for complex payer issues.
