Key Responsibilities:

The Provider Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the licensing, credentialing, and application processes for Hollister Incorporated. This position involves processing applications to ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and various state and local regulatory requirements, as well as private insurance standards.

  • Accurately complete initial enrollment applications and manage updates, revalidations, and re-credentialing for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private insurers regarding licensing and credentialing.
  • Handle initial applications and renewals for local, state, and federal licensing agencies.
  • Maintain and distribute necessary company certifications, including Liability certifications and W9s, to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee company Surety Bonds and other essential documentation for application completion.
  • Organize and maintain meticulous records of all applications and communications.
  • Review and manage incoming communications related to provider enrollment.
  • Provide detailed updates on application statuses and enrollment projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in Medicaid provider enrollment.
  • Professional and ethical interaction with team members, management, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Quick assessment and response to licensing and enrollment situations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive requests professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider enrollment.
  • Familiarity with Medicare enrollment processes (PECOS).
  • 5+ years of relevant credentialing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with maintaining Liability Insurance and Surety Bonds.
  • Ability to navigate complex payer issues.
