Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Actively engage in recruiting prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Associate VP of Recruitment and Admissions to coordinate recruitment initiatives across the service district.
- Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote our programs.
- Event Planning: Organize and participate in recruitment events, including college fairs and presentations in high school classrooms.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities and student outreach.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in admissions or recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service district.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
This role may require the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, present information effectively, and occasionally lift items weighing over twenty-five pounds.
