Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Actively engage in recruiting prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Associate VP of Recruitment and Admissions to coordinate recruitment initiatives across the service district.
  • Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote our programs.
  • Event Planning: Organize and participate in recruitment events, including college fairs and presentations in high school classrooms.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities and student outreach.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in admissions or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service district.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
