About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and anticipating the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm and welcoming service to guests, making them feel at home
  • Manage guest bookings, payments, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient front office operation
