We are in search of a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team, ensuring that we maintain high-quality, efficient care for all patients.

The Clinical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for executing automated, semi-automated, and manual procedures in specimen analysis, demonstrating proficiency in bacteriology, parasitology, mycology, hematology, serology, chemistry, immunology, immunohematology, and flow cytometry as required for the role.
You will accurately conduct waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory tests specific to your assigned area.You will perform quality control and preventive maintenance while evaluating results for acceptability.
You will ensure the integrity of specimens throughout the testing process.
A bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from an accredited institution and a successful score on a national certification examination approved by the State Board is required; alternatively, completion of three years of academic study with a minimum of 90 semester hours in biological or physical sciences, along with 12 months of training at an accredited medical technology school and passing a national certification examination. A bachelor's degree in a relevant chemical, physical, or biological science and at least one year of full-time experience or training in the specialty or subspecialty in which testing is performed, along with passing a national certification examination approved by the State Board, is also acceptable.
Experience in a large clinical laboratory and pediatric hospital setting is preferred; however, we will consider recent graduates from accredited Medical Technology programs.
