Job Overview:

New Millenium Consulting is seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Level 1 and Level 2 support, particularly with Windows operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive L1/L2 support and conduct basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform onsite support duties.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Level 1/2 support roles.
  • Proficient in ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with imaging, SCCM, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in supporting desktop and laptop hardware and software.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing high-quality support to end-users.
