Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Strategist for Payment Solutions to join our dynamic team at FEITIAN Technologies US, Inc.

This is a hands-on sales/business development position where you will be an adept salesperson, motivated, persistent, and have rich experiences working with or for Acquirers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs) or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote FEITIAN's IoT&Payment products and transfer value proposition to clients globally.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and expand our presence and achieve sales targets worldwide.
  • Complete customer discovery to identify key value drivers and offer the correct product solution.
  • Built strong relationships with key leaders in PSP/ISV/ISO/VAR/PayFac organizations across regions.
  • Convert prospects to customers and ensure they are properly onboarded.
  • Establish sales/business plans, objectives, and future strategies for the region.
  • Presentation and evangelization of products to prospects and building long-term collaborative networks in the sector.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine the sales process.
  • Engage with the product and engineering teams to drive product strategy.
  • Provide high-quality sales and operational support to agreed sectors.
  • Monitor market movements from relevant players to support FEITIAN's product roadmap and broader strategy.
Ideal Background:
  • A highly motivated & driven sales professional with a track record of top performance in similar roles.
  • Have 6+ years experience in payments industry, selling technical products or POS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical requirements and crafting solutions across multiple products.
  • Demonstrable experience in integrated payments transaction processing worldwide.
  • Solid background in merchant acquiring and card present processing.
  • Proven expertise in security and compliance certificates by PCI, EMVCo, and card brand networks.
  • Confident, intelligent, and motivated to develop within a high-growth payments brand.
  • Preferably based in California, USA, with the ability to work in a hybrid mode.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or similar.
  • Proven track-record in growing business and product/solution sales within payment/technology industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in multicultural business environments and/or international/global sales roles.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and completes tasks in fast-paced collaborative environments.
  • High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for achieving positive results.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Capable of influencing customers and communicating effectively.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
