Job Description Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end marketing strategies for our portfolio of global financial service solutions. This ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, has a strong background in credit and lending products, and can identify what makes a product or feature great. You'll guide cross-functional teams from Product and Engineering to Sales Enablement, Creative, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging driven by merchant feedback, competitive research, and a deep understanding of our financial services solutions.
  • Scope and execute global marketing strategies across multiple customer segments.
  • Partner with analytics and leadership to track and report growth KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product/Design/Eng/Market Research to influence product roadmaps and increase adoption, differentiation, and customer growth.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across business lines, influencing product and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product development and positioning.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years experience in product marketing, specifically around credit and lending products.
  • Experience working in B2B settings and on marketing or growth strategies in a product lifecycle.
  • Passion for customer-centric strategy, generating qualitative and quantitative insights, and using those insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • A team player who can create value prop messaging and turn it into a fully-fledged campaign through collaboration.
  • Fast study capabilities, able to learn quickly and problem solve.

Benefits and Compensation:

This role offers an estimated annual salary range of $82,500 to $187,990. At PayPal, we're committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Our balanced hybrid work model allows employees to work from home or office two days a week.
