About the Team:
The Marketing team drives brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic campaigns. We leverage data-driven insights and creative strategies to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis to uncover valuable insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making. Your ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions will be critical in driving performance and efficiency. You will also need to effectively communicate complex data and strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and other digital channels to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics and performance data to make real-time adjustments, maximizing ROI and reducing customer acquisition costs.
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and core audience segmentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the global performance, strategy, commercial, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage performance marketing budgets, making data-backed recommendations to optimize spending and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce detailed performance reports, identifying trends and insights to continuously improve campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Test & Learn: Conduct A/B tests on creative, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve performance.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year depending on experience.
Location: San Francisco, California.
