Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Commercial Team and drive rapid growth for our revolutionary online payment solution. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling Checkout.com's full payments technology stack to middle market and large enterprise organizations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify promising prospects and partners to grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals.
  • Develop prospect engagement strategies and collaborate with marketing, business development, product, and operations teams to build qualified pipeline in cold and warm channels.
  • Pitch next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and Fintech companies.
  • Act as a consultative Payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payments structures that leverage Checkout.com's comprehensive solutions.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders at prospective clients and implement winning negotiation strategies.
  • Become an expert on Checkout.com's technology stack, helping new merchants understand the value of our solutions and addressing detailed questions about our product capabilities.
  • Orchestrate the entire Sales process, driving urgency and working towards mutual action plans, while serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales, ideally within the Payments industry.
  • Highly motivated and committed to growth and development, with a solid network of potential prospects and partners.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for Fintech and Payments, and strong commercial acumen for negotiating complex structures.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a coachable, collaborative mindset as a true team player.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $231,000 USD to $290,000 USD, plus uncapped recurring commissions, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k, vacation and sick and safe time, learning days, and volunteer days.
