Senior Director of Large Enterprise Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Senior Director of Large Enterprise Marketing. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive enterprise B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consumer growth and lifecycle management within the financial services or related industry. They will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team dispersed across various global locations, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
The Senior Director of Large Enterprise Marketing will be accountable for the go-to-market positioning, acquisition, and lifecycle management of our Large Enterprise business segment. They will design a compelling strategy and spearhead the initiatives, leveraging myriad channels that drives our global customer acquisition, retention, and margin growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and content marketing. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the enterprise customer journey, personas, pain points, and buying behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
The Senior Director of Large Enterprise Marketing will also be responsible for managing the enterprise marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. They will work closely with the sales team to develop integrated marketing programs that support lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, increase market share, and maximize customer lifetime value through strategic marketing initiatives and effective leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and content marketing.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B enterprise marketing, including leadership of a large team.
- Proven track record of success in consumer growth and lifecycle management within the financial services or related industry.
- Extensive experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through innovation and collaboration.
