Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to lead our client/agency relationship for a large, designated business unit in the spirits/bev-alc industry.
This role will play an integral part on our agency's leadership team, reporting into the Managing Director. The Senior Account Director will serve as a trusted leader to the account team and partner to key client decision makers, supporting the overall growth of the agency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, scopes of work, and driving measurable results. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, setting clear goals and strategies to meet client objectives.
The Senior Account Director will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, and serving as a strategic advisor to clients.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in account management in an agency environment, supporting a beverage or bev-alc client
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving measurable results
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, project management, and a variety of software/applications
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional information:
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $175,000.00-$210,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
