We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Director to spearhead customer success efforts in the US market for Sylvera, a pioneering climate technology firm.

Job Description

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, driving adoption and regular usage of our products and services. You will also advise customers on our comprehensive product suite, expanding our footprint by promoting new offerings to large enterprises.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with assigned accounts
  • Act as a product ambassador, overseeing the adoption and regular usage of our products and services
  • Advise customers on our entire product suite, expanding our footprint by promoting new products and services into large Enterprise customers
  • Ensure renewal of product and services revenue on healthy commercial terms
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Executive Director with a passion for climate action and a proven track record of success in commercial roles within large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience working with large Enterprises in a broadly defined commercial role, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at the Senior Director/VP level.

  • 6+ years of experience working with large Enterprises in a commercial role
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders at the Senior Director/VP level
  • Experience in roles with commercial responsibility is a plus

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
