Marketing Director, B2B Enterprise Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our B2B Enterprise Marketing efforts. As a key member of our global Marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth in partnership with our product and sales teams. Your expertise in industry marketing and account based marketing will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, build our reputation, and deepen relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Manufacturing industry and accounts, market trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Craft an annual strategy and plan to build awareness and a reputation for Dow Jones' capabilities and expertise, and deepen relationships with key decision makers in select accounts.
  • Partner with sales to run the One-to-Few ABM program for key Manufacturing accounts, ensuring that the marketing strategy drives cross-sell, expansion, and overall growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Proposition teams to develop messaging and content that resonates with our target audience and effectively builds a strong reputation for Dow Jones' capabilities, thought leadership, and expertise.
  • Work with sales to gain customer advocacy, build client trust and loyalty, and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Partner team to develop co-marketing strategies with select partners that further enhance our reach and growth in the Manufacturing industry and accounts.
  • Collaborate with Geography Marketing Leaders to co-create the global plan and strategy for the Manufacturing industry, gain local insights, and monitor plan effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and report on progress on key KPIs, particularly account revenue growth, cross-sell, and white space expansion.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally in Field Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Account Based Marketing.
  • Experience marketing Risk & Compliance Data and/or Business Intelligence solutions to Fortune 1000 Manufacturing companies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing measurable B2B industry marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • One-to-Few Account Based Marketing experience driving awareness, building a reputation, deepening relationships, and partnering with sales to drive revenue growth in a targeted set of accounts.
  • Proven experience working with multiple business stakeholders and driving consensus around client-centric strategies.
  • Experience in effectively managing marketing budget and time, and ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Adept at data-driven decision making and business management.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
