As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your primary goal will be to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies
- Work closely with senior management on critical issues and identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
- Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools
- Provide insight to senior management and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- Experience selling technology solutions
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
- 0-2 years of outside sales experience
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
Compensation: The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
