Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Front Desk Office Manager to enhance our operational efficiency. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Your responsibilities will encompass managing schedules, overseeing client interactions, and promoting wellness products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients with professionalism, ensuring a positive initial experience.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out procedures for clients.
  • Coordinate the schedules of wellness staff to optimize operational flow.
  • Promote wellness products and services, providing personalized recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
  • Maintain accurate records using customer management software, preferably with experience in Vagaro.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance office procedures.
  • Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including availability for early mornings and occasional weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an office management or front desk role, ideally within the wellness or healthcare sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with customer management software; experience with Vagaro is advantageous.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to long-term employment in the industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as required.
