Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to designated Executive Staff.
  • Independently execute advanced, varied, and intricate secretarial tasks.
  • Generate documents by formatting, editing, typing, copying, and distributing memos, letters, minutes, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming calls, screening and redirecting as necessary.
  • Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain calendars, including travel and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Facilitate meetings and conferences.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of various reporting packages to the parent organization and team members.
  • Handle invoice processing and prepare expense reports.
  • Maintain and organize files as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five to ten years of experience in legal administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficient in multitasking with flexibility, accountability, and thorough follow-up.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with presentation software.
