Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Business Partner to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide HR generalist support to our team at Arizona State University, while also managing and administering several imperative HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to the Aramark team at Arizona State University, including labor relations with the local union chapter.
  • Support recruiting and staffing efforts throughout the year, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations for corporate COE's, including hotline calls, investigations, and policy interpretation.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives, including engagement action plan development and follow-up, corporate engagement and celebration activities.
  • Talent Acquisition, including corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership programs.
  • HR metrics reporting and analysis, benefits and payroll assistance, on-boarding programs, and work with local union and operations managers.
Requirements
  • HR/SPHR certification preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently.
  • Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired, minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent, employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management, strong analytical skills, and ability to train and make presentations.
  • Solid understanding of financial and business objectives, analytical/problem-solving skills, organized with ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
